So much has happened in the last couple of weeks. New royal baby … new Avengers movie … I’ve started my next book …

So let’s discuss … first Baby Sussex how cute is he? I love babies, royal or otherwise and it just manages to tickle the fairy tale lover in me. It’s like living a Hallmark Romance movie and we all know how much I love those LOL.

Avengers: Endgame … OMG, what a way to end this amazing run of movies – not going to spoil anything but I will say it was fantastic and well done by everyone involved. I’m very much looking forward to the future of Marvel – no Superhero fatigue here.

And now on to the important stuff – I’ve begun to edit Beguiled – though I’m not nearly as far into it as I should be and that’s my fault (I’ve fallen down a Reign rabbit hole and can’t seem to stop watching it LOL). I am giving myself until May 20 to finish editing – let’s see how that goes. Once I’m done with the first pass through it goes to beta readers and then I’ll tweak it again before looking for an editor to do a run through. All in all, it should be ready for pre-order in September when I go to the Romance Retreat in California 🙂

Then on top of the editing thing, I’ve actually begun writing Bewitched , the follow up to Beguiled and not only have I begun it, but I am actually just under 10K words – not bad for about a week’s worth of work when you consider I work a fulltime job and am trying to spend free time editing. Once Beguiled is with the betas I can jump in more with Bewitched. Bewitched has been a story percolating in my head for a few years so I’m really excited about actually getting to write it 🙂
